Do you think the stillness that meditation offers might be something for you?
Come and sit in silence—once or more often—at Tante Nino. StilSitting is a meditation circle with varying techniques, such as Zen, guided meditation, and meditation with ambient electronic music or live sounds. A regular host takes care of the program: at Tante Nino we believe in the guru within yourself, but we also value creating a calm setting. The host can, if desired, offer practical tips. Mats and cushions are provided, along with tea and the chance to share reflections afterward.

StilSitting is een meditatiekring met een wisselende technieken, zoals zen, geleide meditatie en meditatie met ambient elektronische muziek of live klanken. Een vaste host draagt zorg voor het programma, want Tante Nino gelooft in de goeroe in jezelf, maar vindt rust hier wel van belang. De host kan desgewenst ook technische tips geven. Matjes en kussens zijn aanwezig, thee en de mogelijkheid tot het delen van reflectie na afloop.
