Autumn Equinox; a moment of balance between light and darkness.
The autumn equinox marks the moment when day and night are almost equal in length. A natural turning point from light towards darkness, from growth towards stillness, from outward to inward.
The autumn equinox is a time of balance, change and letting go. A moment to pause and reflect on what the past season has brought, to make space for what is no longer needed, and to reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
On this special evening at 19:30, you are invited to join a sound meditation in honour of the autumn equinox. Allow yourself to be carried by sounds that help you slow down, find stillness, and make space for the transition into autumn.
We provide cushions and blankets; feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
Doors open at 19:00, the session runs from 19:30 to 20:30.

Herfstequinox; een moment van balans tussen licht en donker.
De herfstequinox markeert het moment waarop dag en nacht vrijwel even lang zijn. Een natuurlijk kantelpunt van licht naar donker, van groei naar verstilling, van buiten naar binnen.
De herfstequinox staat symbool voor balans, verandering en loslaten. Een moment om stil te staan bij wat het afgelopen seizoen heeft gebracht, ruimte te maken voor wat niet langer nodig is, en je opnieuw te verbinden met het ritme van de natuur.
Op deze bijzondere avond om 19:30 uur ben je welkom voor een klankreis ter ere van de herfstequinox. Laat je dragen door klanken die helpen vertragen, verstillen en ruimte maken voor de overgang naar het najaar.
Wij zorgen voor kussens en dekens; neem gerust je eigen mee voor extra comfort.
