Hosted by Mano Szollosi, the mastermind behind Rotterdam’s longest-running English-language stand-up night, this show serves up sharp jokes, brave experiments and the kind of comedy that only works because it’s live.

Each edition brings together a rotating lineup of local and international comedians — from fearless newcomers to battle-tested pros — for an evening that’s unpredictable, fast and gloriously human. No screens, no algorithms, just jokes landing (or crashing) in real time. Back as a monthly series in 2026, BA-DUM-TSSS is where Rotterdam’s comedy scene comes to play, test material and make people laugh on purpose.
